I hit the half-century mark this year. I am in the best shape of my life. Physically for sure, emotional isn’t far behind. The latter is never ending. This space and health have guided me and keeps me sane as I purse #2.
I uprooted from terra firma primary – tribe, family, love and my spiritual home – to terra firm secondary to continue this journey to grow professionally and personally. Hands down, one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made and not where I envisioned myself, even a year ago. I’m thankful for the friends and family I have in both places. This journey will take me home to primary one, eventually. I know this to my bones. Learning that sometimes you have to leave home, to go home is poignant at this age.
I’m a lifelong athlete. It’s a choice, a lifestyle. It’s one that grounds me to source, earth. Me.
I’m a creator. I write, knit, photograph and paint. I do one or two a little bit each day and document my journey of this life. It brings me joy.
I’m a sister, friend, partner, aunt, sister-in-law, and tribe member to and of some of the most amazing people I’ve ever known. Both in terra firma primary and secondary.
