In The Moment

I once heard that Silent spells Listen. It's where I am. In the last several weeks, I've been peeling back layers of self, community, and nation. I’ll be silent for a bit longer. While here, know that I will continue to #standinthegap because black lives matter.

I'm also reminding myself that activism comes in many forms.

It's soul-searing work.

I hope that the work that emerges in the weeks, months, and the coming years comes from an open and curious heart (and head) through education and action. That the processes, frameworks, and tools I build for self and others through client work, teaching, and mentoring are built on telling stories, our experiences, and products, from our deepest place - our hearts, and are rooted in our communities.

That's it. That's what my heart has this week.
